For your item to qualify for an exchange or return, it must be in the condition you received it: unused and within its original packaging. You must also provide the invoice when the item is picked up for the return. Items that have been opened or used will not be eligible for exchange or return.
If your return request is accepted, we will arrange for the item to be collected from the original delivery address and inform you about the scheduled pick-up date.
If you’ve requested an exchange, the replacement product will be dispatched to you within 3-5 days, after the returned item’s successful pick-up.
